Shave the day before your session if dense hair is present
Take antiviral medication if prone to cold sores (start 2 days before)
During Your Appointment
Your skin will be thoroughly cleansed
A topical numbing cream is applied for comfort (30–45 minutes prior)
The treatment itself takes approximately 30–60 minutes
Our trained provider will select appropriate needle depth based on your skin concerns
After Your Appointment
Mild redness and sensitivity are normal for 24–48 hours
Avoid sun exposure and strenuous activity for 24 hours
Use only gentle, hydrating skincare products
Apply SPF 30+ beginning the day after treatment
Avoid anti-inflammatory medications or ice on the face for 7 days post-treatment
